Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by contacting our representatives directly. A booking is considered valid only after we confirm availability and receive the required deposit.
After receiving your booking request, we will send a confirmation email containing your itinerary details and payment instructions within 48 hours. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation email and make the required deposit payment.
To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required after confirming the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your trip commencement date. For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Safety is always our first priority so any trip is covered with best-arranged accommodation and transportation. All of our tours are well-planned and prepared to avoid any risk or unexpected thing during the trip. As a professional tour operator in Vietnam (and Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia), we always ensure the safety of any individual, any tour group from small to big.
Flexible alteration of itinerary: Your booking can be amended even after it is made. Alterations to your itinerary prior to your trip departure are happily processed as quickly as possible. Alterations after payment of the deposit will involve a sum of fee which depends on third parties such as cruise operators, airlines, and hotels.

True Oman Tours is not responsible for any losses, damages, or additional expenses that may arise due to the absence of adequate travel insurance.
Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
While there are no mandatory vaccinations required for entry into Oman, we recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health specialist before your trip.
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service True Oman Tours has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. True Oman Tours will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

All travelers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their planned stay in Oman. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their passport meets these requirements.
Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. True Oman Tours is not responsible for any visa issues, denials, or delays. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the necessary visa before travel.
Nationals of GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE) do not require a visa to enter Oman.
True Oman Tours provides tour information and Oman tour bookings. True Oman Tours publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies, and tour companies & operators. We will not be responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided by third-party providers.
True Oman Tours shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by True Oman Tours.
True Oman Tours shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond True Oman Tours’ control. Neither True Oman Tours nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
True Oman Tours is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.
True Oman Tours is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
True Oman Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If True Oman Tours has canceled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, True Oman Tours is liable for a full refund of the money received from the client.
Many of True Oman Tours’ tour packages include activities that require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. True Oman Tours, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
True Oman Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by clients (e.g., flights, accommodation, visa fees).
Oman has a hot desert climate. Summer temperatures (May-September) can reach 45°C (113°F) in many regions. Winter months (October-April) are more comfortable with temperatures between 15-30°C (59-86°F). The Dhofar region experiences a unique monsoon season (Khareef) from June to September.

In such cases, we reserve the right to change or cancel your tour. If we cancel your tour due to force majeure, we will offer either a full refund of all monies paid to us or an alternative tour of comparable standard.
True Oman Tours reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior that is obscene, racially offensive, or of a sexual nature.
True Oman Tours respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only necessary information required to process your booking and provide our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for booking services related to your tour.
